I ordered the item with free postage. The seller had not used the correct postage so I had to pay £5 to Royal Mail to have the parcel delivered. This was almost twice the price of the item I’d ordered. When I contacted the seller, I received no apology or offer to reimburse me but just ‘Really bizarre as postage was paid via post office. Not sure why they have charged you surplus’. I answered but have received no reply. Would no way recommend as service was very poor.
