Hello,I’m really sad to receive your negative feedback. I have sent your parcel last Monday so I’m not sure why you didn’t receive it yet. But I don’t think that it’s fair that you’re blaming me. The delivery services have been quite slow in the last months. I also receive my own parcels with a big delay. Also, as I used delivery service that eBay tracks, you can also track it and see that it is still on its way so it should be with you soon. And anyway, you would need to contact the delivery
