Lovely piece of kit: light, compact, very handy, well designed. I had an LXT (18v version) which I gave away to get this one even though it is 16% less powerful and a 600ml capacity compared with 650ml. BUT this CXT is significantly lighter and slimmer which is great for catching cobwebs etc, AND has a work light which the LXT does not! VERY easy to clean. I also have a Ryobi (which generally sells without the extension tube etc.) which is more powerful but MUCH louder so this is a fantastic little handy vacuum cleaner. It has a neat, effective and convenient fitting on the tube to hold the clevis nozzle. Usual Makita reliability, well thought through design and sound build quality along with ease of use and ergonomic design. VERY flexible ball rotation linkage for cleaning ... It is designed as a bare tool for those who have invested in the Makita CXT range.
