It looks like he couldn’t be bothered to look for my door number when he was only 2 doors away from it. As for the sender the process went smoothly, shame about DPDs delivery service.

Although the support from Parnell’s was good DPD had an issue delivering the item which meant it arrived much later than expected which delayed the work we needed to do. Seller great, DPD not. Once arrived the item was as described and of good quality.
