Speedy delivery & good communication but I don’t believe the item description is accurate. It looks second hand as the box has been opened and shows quite a bit of wear & tear. The manual also appears as if it has been used. I contacted the seller who is adamant the item is brand new but the box is damaged due to warehouse storage. I am disappointed as I chose to support a small business rather than a large company who were offering a similar price on a Black Friday deal which has now ended
