Bought this item to replace a broken handle on my original counter top fridge. The handle is exactly as described and fitted perfectly, it arrived quickly and was very well packaged, wrapped in cardboard with protective film over the surface. I would recommend the seller as it's really good value and they are reliable, the fittings are very difficult to assemble and take a bit of perseverance but it did work. 5*

    Fridge thermostat.

    The thermostat was identical to the one removed, but having watched how to replace this on you tube, it was not quite so simple. The type of fridge the end of the thermostat wire had to be attached to the plate in the back of the fridge. Once completed it works fine cheaper than purchasing a new fridge.

    Excellent price

    Exactly the same model according to the number stamped on the side as the ones I have bought over the years at much higher price. Hotpoint Larder fridge is needed a new thermostat every 5-10 years. Unfortunately, on this occasion, it didn't solve the problem but as it is 30 years old guess I need to buy a complete new fridge. Remember to look in the packing for the nut if it is not screwed in place.

    Used on LEC Larder Fridge

    Used as a replacement thermostat on a tall LEC Larder Fridge - the original part is 'obsolete' and no longer made or available on spare parts websites. Fridge works well and appears to be in accordance with the original spec.

    This is a genuine Hotpoint part and and fitted perfectly as expected. Our old fridge had turned into a freezer after the thermostat had failed but now works exactly as it should after fitting this new part.
