There was a week while seller was away while need for part was acute. Communication was poor while waiting, however the part did arrive eventually, was as advertised and solved my problem. The seller offered and then issued a modest refund to compensate for the inconvenience. I'd buy from the seller again if fulfillment was not of great urgency, or would check on actual shipping timing before ordering.

Or this January 18 received an email out of office did not hear back from anybody till Tuesday the 20th and still took a few more days to get it shipped and on its way had to send two emails or more to see what was going on with my order. When I got my order open the box, the differential and axles were very dirty and the picture from showed clean. I’m glad it finally got it so we can get this Jeep done out of my hair.
