      Small and expensive...

      Very expensive, more than half of price of new Shifting Lever but useful if you want to have options for I-spec-B and I-spec-II

      Just buy an entire I-spec unit.

      You can buy an I-spec unit for about 12 dollars more than this "adaptor." Once I installed it I could only shift in one direction. Took it back off and everything was fine again. Not sure what it is but wouldn't work for me at all.
