Doesn't look to be an original item, more of a copy type manufactured item. Didn't realise that I cannot return the item. Item didn't come with any packaging hence the slight damage and feels flimsy. The cover is slightly loose.

1. Item supplied exactly as per description! 2. You can return items for up to 30 days? 3. The packaging - item sent out wrapped in protective foam, inside a bubble wrapped package! This is a lie! 4. All items are double checked before shipping with NO Damage and not loose as buyer states. 5. In truth-we are always available to help when buyers have trouble understanding set instructions - Absolutely no need to use defamatory comments just to get a refund!!!

    Not genuine remotes. All remotes I have ordered are not working

    I have ordered 10 remotes and couldn’t program even one of those. Tried to program it to the genuine faac receiver as well as to the universal receivers and also tried to duplicate it from previously programmed working remote. The remotes doesn’t even look like genuine. Avoid!!!
