    The only reason why they got a negative is because we couldn't work out something .. I wanted to at least get some or half of my money back seeing I had to pay for shipping the item back that was completely unusable in my situation regardless I couldn't get any response back after the last response so I'll just take it as I bought it so I have to keep it regardless I think it's because of the tariffs situation but regardless it's okay I just chalk it up...
