Excellent Seller, Service, Quality, Price and Products. Packing seemed adequate but additional padding BETWEEN the two gates was needed. They evidently were banging together pretty harshly during shipping. A little glue took care of it, and nobody will know the difference.

Item took 15 days from the day I purchased for me to actually receive it. Then, when I finally received the item, it is bent and no way near what the listing pictures looked like. The topper of all is that the seller also is not very customer service oriented, or wants to acknowledge that I have legitimate complaint. I say use caution when purchasing from the seller.

I shipped this item out 2 days after payment. The buyer messaged me and was extremely rude about not receiving the item after 7 days. I let them know that there was a delay in USPS shipping and unfortunately there was nothing I could do about it. The item then was delivered safely, as described and within the window that eBay had originally given to them. Instead of being polite and asking for a refund, they were rude and tried lying to me about item. I asked for proof and none was provided.

I sent several pictures of the BENT item along with the packaging that was used, no lying here, just a terrible seller not willing to accept responsibility for their actions and NEVER once offered any type of compensation or anything.
