Message the seller and I didn’t feel like she was the nicest when I told her my app crashed and I had 0 idea where my package was. Then never responded nice and it came doesn’t looked damaged but literally it just was thrown inside of the bag it’s so wrinkly and it has a slightly mess to it because my dog is not leaving it alone. Other than that it was good happy to get my order. Plus there’s animal hair all over it and my dog doesn’t shed posted pictures when I unzipped the jacket
