I believe the advert is misleading and the seller is dishonest, the item is advertised as being made in the UK this is a false claim, there is no, zero tracking facility, so one has no idea where on earth the item is being dispatched from, I have brought this to the attention of ebay who have not responded, nor has the seller, it has been a much more costly experience due to the time I have had to spend trying to find out where the item is dispatched from, there is no delivery date attached now

Very Disappointed and feel cheated
I am extremely disappointed with this product .I bought it to replace my existing iPhone 6. But it’s functionality is not reliable and appears unwilling to do what you expect it to do! The screen goes blank and black for no reason . The phone doesn’t ring and doesn’t make calls. Very disappointed. I find it difficult to believe that it is new . My old iPhone 6 is four years old but works much better and extremely reliable and it just needs new battery.I am extremely disappointed with this product .I bought it to replace my existing iPhone 6.
