I ordered 2 sets of 100 blue/gold he sent me random balloons nowhere near the description they were multicoloured many things missing also, i thought ok errors happen, so i msgd him to ask if he could send out my order again and il return it , he said keep the balloons il give u partial refund of £4 when i spent £20+ ignored many msgs had to get ebay step in who refunded me totally outrageous seller who thinks its ok to send anything and keep the money . Messed up my Eid.
