We had no communication with the buyer in regards to this. We contacted the buyer after receiving the feedback and were told they had numerous issues with other buyers and couldn't be bothered to open a returns case to get a refund so they left this feedback and threw the item away.
We always try to help if we can, sometimes mistakes get made but we own them and try to fix them, in this case the buyer was uncooperative so there was no way to resolve this.
