I'm rating this neutral as I did receive the item and thankfully it works. The issue is that it was not in the condition described (Listed as Opened-never used). Sadly, it was evident that the item had in fact been used as there were physical giveaway marks around screwholes that had been tightened. As it was a motherboard, upon testing the bios had to be reset as it had been paired previously with other components. Seller didn't try to compensate even though I had over paid for the item. Check.

Bought this Amazon plug to pair up with my Alex as with them being the same make they would be more compatible. Brilliant device so easy to set up and no connection issues. I am able to use voice command but also control from my phone which is a great help as i work shifts and i am in and out the house at varying times of the day. Purchased a second plug recently as it was that good..

Easy to setup
The product is great although the usual retail cost is expensive! There are many alternatives that do the same job at much lesser cost. The Amazon plug is very easy to setup. Buying at eBay prices made sense.

Being lazy
I now have 5 of these plugs & they work brilliantly with Alexa. I can shut my whole living room on & off with one simple command. Excellent for hard to reach sockets, saves you constantly having to lean over or move furniture. Highly recommended.
