Waited five days before contacting the seller to ask why the order had not been shipped. That was at 10:30 a.m. Seller replied at 11:30 that they didn't know why the tracking hadn't been updated. It was miraculously accepted and began the scan process, right before seller's reply. 10 days in and still no packages. Took a chance on a lower rated seller. Won't make that mistake again. I'm happy to upload the conversation image, if need be.
