    Over 5 weeks since ordered and not received. After 3 weeks, I contacted ndi2981_u0saj5 who said they'd try to contact the shipper. After not hearing for 3 days I messaged again. Now an additional 8 days and still no response. Poor communication and a seeming lack of any desire to provide even minimal customer service. No tracking was offered in the listing and none provided. It's nice to offer free shipping, but not if the service you use can't deliver the product. A bad experience.
