seller advertised it as fully working and tested, when it arrived it didn’t work at all with batteries so i left it a moment and it started buzzing loudly. they claim it was working before they sent it so if i want to return i need to pay postage. i’m really disappointed with this experience as it was more money than i would usually spend on a furby let alone a broken one.

The buyer had won the item, paid for it then requested to cancel. No explanation given. This seems to have been at the same time that I was dispatching the Furby so too late. Prior to listing this brand new, unused and labels attached item, I inserted batteries and recorded it chatting away for over two minutes. It was working perfectly. As such, I was happy to receive a return but the postage was the responsibility of the purchaser. He states in his feedback that he has spent more than he would
