I bought this version because I have used it before and it fits my needs. However, this version is no longer supported by Adobe and there is no way to get updates or camera/lens profiles. I can't even register this version. Complete waste of money as the seller does NOT accept returns. I give this seller 2 stars because they did deliver the advertised product as and shipped promptly. Very disappointed.

I've successfully sold several units and haven't encountered any issues so far. It might be beneficial for you to contact Adobe directly for assistance with the problem you're experiencing. I would appreciate it if you could reconsider the feedback you've provided as it definitely doesn't warrant a negative feedback. At the very least you could change it to Neutral since as you said " they did deliver the advertised product as and shipped promptly."

This is exactly what I needed, and the item was well described, accurate and was dispatched on time, without fuss. Seller was quick to post, and despite coming from the US to the UK the postage was not overly high, but I always wich postage was cheaper from abroad. Seems to me this is getting more common for sellers to list as new but it really isn't based on my last several ebay "new" purchases.
