Consegna della merce.
Al momento della consegna della merce da parte del corriere, il Cliente deve controllare:
che il numero dei colli in consegna corrisponda a quanto indicato sul documento di trasporto del corriere;
che l'imballo sia integro, non danneggiato, né bagnato o comunque alterato, anche nei materiali di chiusura (nastro adesivo).
 
Accettazione con riserva
A seguito della vendita sul negozio ebay, Hobby Auto snc non è responsabile di eventuali danni diretti ed indiretti derivanti dal danneggiamento degli imballaggi a seguito del trasporto.
Prima di accettare la merce, il Cliente deve verificare che la stessa non sia stata manomessa, che il materiale sia stato ben imballato con apposito nastro adesivo, ed il numero dei colli.
Nel caso in cui l’imballo sia stato danneggiato e trattasi di danno evidente (es. cartone bagnato o sfondato, mancanza di colli, colli schiacciati), il Cliente deve apporre la firma ‘ACCETTATO CON RISERVA’, descrivendone il motivo.
Laddove il corriere non dovesse acconsentire all’apposizione della firma per accettazione con riserva, il Cliente deve rifiutare la merce.
Eventuali danni vanno segnalati al seguente indirizzo email: hobbyautoshop@gmail.com, con annesse foto e dati identificativi della merce entro 3 giorni dalla consegna.
In caso di danni evidenti e non contestati, il Cliente non potrà effettuare alcun reclamo.
In caso di rifiuto illegittimo della merce, Hobby Auto snc si riserva la facoltà di applicare un’indennità pari a tutte le spese di trasporto ed imballaggio dalla stessa sostenute per ogni spedizione.
