This seller is presenting to be selling you a freshly made Steam account containing your game, however you're not even receiving the account. The account he gives you is a shared account, you can make that conclusion on the fact that you don't receive email and email's password to change it. Obviously, you can expect it from a very low price, but it's not costumer's fault that he is presenting it to be something else than it actually is. He also did not respond to my emails regarding this
