When purchasing any used item you are agreeing to the part being a second hand item unless otherwise stated.
You understand that this item has been fitted to another vehicle and has been removed for re-use.
Used items are exactly this and not new.
Prior to refitting it is up to the purchaser to check and satisfy themselves that they are happy with the condition of the parts and the compatibility. By fitting the item you deem this item to be fit for purpose.
All items are carefully checked and tested or visually inspected prior to removal.
All of the items are marked with an individual identification mark for security purposes.
 
Delivery
 
Products are usually sent within 2 working days unless otherwise stated. All of the couriers we use will require a signature upon delivery. They should not leave the item in a porch, shed or in/behind a bin. If no-one is home to sign for delivery, the item will be returned to the holding depot. Delivery will then have to be re-arranged which could include a re-booking fee made payable to the booking agent and not the seller. The courier will not give an exact time for delivery.
If the item is damaged on arrival do not sign for the item and send it back with the courier. If there is no time to check the item before the courier leaves then sign the relevant paperwork as item not checked. Failure to do this could result in any claim against them being unsuccessful.
Any items damaged in transit will need to be claimed through the booking agent/courier by the seller. On every occasion photographic evidence of the packaging and product will be required from the customer to satisfy both the courier and the seller of negligence by the courier. Without this no refund or replacement can be sent out to the customer.
The Royal Mail offer a delivery service for the smaller items. We always obtain proof of delivery and tracking details if recorded delivery has been selected as a method of delivery. In the event of your item not arriving we follow the Royal Mail's claim policy for details please visit their website.
 
International postage is available please ask for a quotation.

Faulty Items
 
All suspected faulty items must be logged with the seller within 5 working days from delivery date.
All faulty items must be sent back to the seller within 10 working days of delivery to be inspected and checked.
If an item is found to have no fault, the item will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
If the item is found to have a fault, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of the item from the customer. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.
A refund will only be offered if a replacement is not available. The item will have an individual identifiable security mark and must be deemed not to have been tampered with.
 
The standard 14 day guarantee covers parts sold only. It does not cover any garage labour, recovery or accident costs arising from fitting of any used part.
If no replacement part is available we will offer a full refund of the part only.
It is your, the customer's, responsibility to check any part(s) supplied are correct and in good usable order prior to fitting.
