This is a kind and helpful seller! The Blu-ray I purchased was packaged securely. Unfortunately, when I took the wrapping off the case, it looked like the cover was warped, perhaps from water damage at some point (maybe during shipping). However, when I reached out to the seller about this matter, they quickly responded and refunded me in full, informing me I would not need to send the item back! This is just the sort of customer service that eBay needs more of. Thank you so much!
