Avoid at all costs. Boots listed as BNWT in box arrived crushed & creased & damaged. They were just posted in an old carrier bag with no padding & no box as listed. Tag wasn’t attached. Worst of all, one of the boots had damage to the zip which looked like a cut. They didn’t want to pay the postage for the return so I had to open a case. When they received the boots back they accused me of cutting them & tried to avoid refunding me. I had to involve eBay. Horrible experience & dishonest seller.
