The seller was extremely friendly and has beautiful items for sale. I shipped to my PO Box which caused problems, but I was able to pick up my package. I've always dreamed of my first Chanel to be vintage and potentially a Sports bag. I do have to say I'm a bit disappointed with how small she is, I thought she would be a bit wider but she did the job as my carry-on. 4 stars out of 5
