I don’t believe the product is genuine. I have few original products and they feel proper premium . This one looks bad and the sliding mechanism moves like it’s jammed . Very sad to be honest.

I can completely assure you this is a genuine Smythson product. I was at the Smythson shop in Bond Street when it was bought for me. It has sat in a drawer at my house unused as I don't have a job which requires business cards any more. I had 100% positive feedback, but now you false accusation which is incorrect. Please retract.
