Before purchase we communicated and he failed to mention a dent, scratch and paint chippings. It also was not disclosed in advertisement. Once I purchased, he then told me and offered £25 refund. When received it was filthy, had missing items and the paint chippings have black pen all over them in an attempt to cover them. His lack of accountability and understanding of ebay is frustrating and I would avoid this seller.
