Absolute breeze to use. I used it diluted in a small jar and blued over two dozen well rusted hex bits that cleaned up great with citric acid in another jar, then tumbled in crushed walnut shells. Bits now look brand new. Also blued a cleaned up metal guillotine blade that now works great and looks even better. A little goes a LONG way. ššššš

I could not get the "Blue" to take. As the Instructions, puzzlingly, said, I washed the liquid off after 30 seconds plus. I did this three times, and the gun was no bluer than when I had started. On top of that, after a couple of hours, despite having been thoroughly dried, the treated barrels started rusting! I have used blueing gell before with fairly good results, but I had zero success with this product. It could well be that I don't know how to apply this solution to my guns; if that is so, then the directions on the bottle are totally inadequate. Sorry Messers Phillips, I tried, but I did not succeed!

Very easy to use, just dilute and purchase into a trough, I used a piece of guttering and siliconed flat plastic ends on, brush the metalwork for about 3 minutes, rinse it off, WD40 and leave to dry
