They sent the wrong shoes & said they would correct the problem. They issued a return label but the box they sent the wrong shoes in was not acceptable by USPS with that return label. They said they would cover all shipping costs. I had to buy an acceptable box at a cost of $4.50. They refused to refund that cost and never sent the correct shoes. I did not want a refund, I wanted the correct shoes. Cost me $4.50 & trip to post office & I received a refund for original cost but No shoes & out $
