I purchased the grinder as a Christmas gift. The item was advertised as new, but not in original box. When it arrived, I boxed it, wrapped it in giftwrap and put it under the Christmas tree. Upon opening the Christmas gift, it did not work. It was defective. I contacted the seller who refused to return my money and asked why I did not inspect it when it arrived. I wouldn't open and use an electric appliance, then wrap and gift it to someone else. I will not buy from this seller again.
