It arrived with no instructions, contacted seller and followed all instructions given but still didn’t stick down in places. It transferred the red through from the other side of the shirts onto the name. Tried asking for advice on how to remove as was gonna buy another and try again and just wasn’t helpful basically told I don’t know it’s never gone wrong before. I think if selling something like this need to be able to advise on removal. Had to buy a brand new shirt as was Xmas present. Gutted

As per your ebay message, you was messed up the vinyl transfer before we message you the iron on instruction. I use to heat press once and successful. Suggest you to research the instruction or not to do on your own without receiving our instruction.
