Very disappointed , monitor does not work , have no receipts so basically have wasted £20.
Have contacted seller who tells me he was given it, never used it and offered no advice.
I understand the 'no returns' clause but as an experienced Ebay buyer it has made me cautious of using you again.

I am sorry you feel disappointed but this is unfair feedback and completely inaccurate. The listing clearly stated to check compatability with energy supplier prior to purchasing and unfortunately the buyer did not read the listing and did not do this. I take pride in all my listings being accurate and selling high quality items. I have never had negative feedback in the past apart from this occasion where buyer did not read listing. And I would have offered a resolution if you contacted me!
