This seller went above and beyond when I notified them that the men's (new) pants I purchased were not the color tan, as advertised. They were olive green. They apologized for their mistake and immediately issued a credit to me for the full amount of the pants and shipping. I am donating the pants to charity. I would give them a 5 if they just allowed me to return the item that had been a "no returns" item. Very good customer service. Thank you happy handbasket.
