The order was placed on the 3rd March with delivery estimated on the 6th. The seller obtained the tracking number on the 5th and despatched on the 6th.
I received the chair on the 8th the outer packing was badly damaged, thankfully the chair was not damaged.
I contacted the seller regarding the despatch time the damaged packaging. She could not see what my problem was and blamed the damaged on the post and was despatched within the deadline.
