I ordered two genuine 5Ah batteries but they were not genuine no serial no on to register guarantee and only last 15 minutes on a strimmer when they should last over 1 hour I contacted seller and they offered me 30% discount I refused so they refund me in full. I didn’t have to return batteries but they no good and I binned them thanks for the quick refund but the batteries were not genuine which gave you no guarantee
