i won the bids for 2 jumpers. did not arrive.! then he told me he could not find them!! so had done a refund. no refund !!. then he said he needed my bank details to do it or do a pay pal.. i said do a pay pal.. he said he needed my email address to do it.? i said i have not been asked for details before and was he trying to scam me as thats how it looked ! i.had no reply.. so asked ebay to step in and they did and i got the repayment within a hour... was he trying to scam me ? i think he was!!!
