The graphics card I received looked like new. It was super clean, had a protective sleeve on the PCB contacts and was perfectly packaged. The card itself performs very well - it is running in a rig with an 11th Gen i5 CPU and plays my favourite game Satisfactory very well! The support from the seller is the best I've ever had - I had an issue with the postal delivery service (not seller related) which was resolved plus their technical advice was 1st class! : )
