After a bit of a mix up with a previously ordered item I managed to change my order to this kettle. The seller couldn't hve been more helpful. He really helped me by cancelling the previous order and refunding me then even accepted an offer for this more expensive item. It came in super fast time, at least 2 days before I expected it. In brand new condition as advertised, only thing missing was the manual but I downloaded that. This seller is a joy to deal with, I will deffo use him again.
