My pack came from Germany during the period of uncertainty about tariffs, and it got damaged in transit. Station500 communicated extremely well. When my parcel was returned to them damaged, they quickly resent the undamaged items to me, and will ship a replacement for the damaged items as soon as they get it from their supplier. I will buy from them again.

Delivery time from Germany to Los Angeles as predicted. Seller combines shipping. Uses WarenPost Int'l to send shipments for the same cost you would expect with a US domestic purchase. THAT'S A BIG PLUS! Mail is not tracked, but I've never experienced an issue in dozens of purchases involving Deutsche Post or DHL. They are a cut or two above USPS efficiency and service.
