The gloves were supplied brand new and unused. The damage reported appeared to be from wear during use, rather than a manufacturing fault, which we cannot take responsibility for. As a goodwill gesture, we still offered a partial refund. We always aim to be fair and helpful, and regret that this wasn't the resolution you were hoping for.

Appearance - Slight mark on main pivot but not an issue, especially at the price paid. Speedy delivery. Definitely recommend.

They didn't come in original packaging so you don't get the cable outers but that doesn't really matter. It said that it comes with inner cable in the listing but would be good to say that it won't come in original packaging.
