There was a trouble with a faulty headphones (anc) however sending it back and getting ones that work was much appreciated. The headphones at first did come with a box and case however they only sent me the headphons sadly with a small charger while the first time they sent it had everything. They seem to contact often which is good. Other then the first issue and not having a case they seem every kind and helpful.
