Never received my item, I'm still waiting, contact the seller and got no help at all. No refund received when requested, I am waiting for eBay to step in to help with this. I have added this seller to the list of my eBay sellers to be avoided. Never again.

It still hasn't been a week since the order was dispatched, some patience would be appreciated from you. I cannot issue instant refunds at the will of customers once the item has been dispatched as you will get money and a free item if delivered late. I have no control over Royal Mail once an item has been delayed. I cannot make a claim with Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed. I have no control over Ebays delivery estimates as they are based on my previous performance.
