It was wrapped great, cellophane wrapped and has a milky consistency as states it a powder non white non cast root lift and thickening spray! I used my Dyson then barrel rollers and had great root lift before even backcombing or teasing my hair! Excellent product! 150ml size great for travel not a huge big bottle to lug around!
