I gave feedback to seller explaining I really wanted the brush, but unfortunately the synthetic plastic bristles, and packaging smelled damp. I wasn't imagining it, it was witnessed by others they agreed. I can only assume it's to do with where goods are stored. I wasn't happy paying postage of £3.35 to return goods that were not in perfect condition, and I was unable to give as a gift. I'm not disputing that the item was new, it just didn't smell new. My first ebay order, not impressed.

Sorry you’re unhappy. I accepted your return and gave a full refund. I couldn’t refund your return postage as you made a return request where you would have to pay for it yourself.The item you returned was unopened, in perfect condition and not smelling damp at all- everyone I asked said it smelled brand new! All my items are stored together, and none of them- nor any identical brushes- have ever been said to smell damp. I've been selling here for years and have had entirely positive feedback.
