very unhelpful, item never arrived and seller did not want to help, happy to take your money though and not refund it, ebay stepped in and refunded, will not use again

item was posted same day with ebay postal service, buyer wanted refund before waiting for item to arrive, i then found out item was never collected from his local office after slip left for them after a failed delivery, buyer is problem here and i cant give neg feedback myself !!!!!
