Item has not arrived by designated delivery date. NO updated information available, NO tracking available outside of a foreign scripture and language that is of no help to me and cannot be translated by Google. I am severely disappointed with the lack of care I have received thus far.

Item is delivered. If it was delayed, I apologise, but that is USPS who is responsible. Yes, international trackable packages, when entering US, get new (ID) tracking number, that I, as a sender, do not see nor can track.
