Negative feedback: Charged £6 for postage across two invoices, only to find items combined and shipped for £2.40. I had requested combined shipping to save costs, but my message was ignored. The lack of communication and transparency from the seller is disheartening. I would have been more than willing to pay the original or a higher postage fee had there been openness about the actual costs. Feeling overcharged and undervalued due to this oversight.
