The item was, in fact, delivered, after prompt dispatch on my end. As standard practice, I contact all buyers with tracking information as soon as their item is sent out. Any apparent delay experienced by this buyer was due to processing time taken by EVRi, compounded by the bank holiday weekend. Delays such as this are unfortunately beyond my control, especially during busy periods or holidays.
