    I’m conflicted, as the item arrived as described and properly packaged at a fair price - three weeks after purchase. The delay doesn’t bother me as much as the lack of respect and disregard with which I’ve been treated. I politely inquired three times, only to be ignored each time. Respectful, honest and timely communication is an essential component of eBay conduct - especially between trading partners. The 21 day shipping delay itself didn’t call for the rating. Failure to communicate did.
